# Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain language, the processing related to contact and the operation of this site.

The initial version uses email contact instead of a public form. When you choose to send a message, you decide what information to include, and sending takes place through your app and the email providers involved.

## What data may be processed

The message may contain name, email, organization, phone and context that you decide to provide. The site's infrastructure may also process technical data necessary for delivery, security and operation, according to the applicable providers and settings.

## Audience measurement

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or store data in your browser and does not build individual profiles: it counts visits and page views in aggregate, from technical data such as the page accessed, the referring site, the browser and device type, the country and the load time. The site's only cookie is merus-lang, set when you choose a language, to remember that choice for up to one year.

## What we use it for

The information sent is used to understand and respond to the request, organize the relevant contact and protect the site against misuse. The factual content of the MVP states that submitted data is not sold.

## Sharing and retention

Access is restricted to the teams and suppliers necessary to operate the site and handle the request, under applicable responsibilities. Data is kept for the period necessary for those purposes and obligations. Details require legal review and identification of the responsible entity.

## Your choices

You can request information about, correction of or deletion of the data you sent. Each request will be assessed according to the applicable law and obligations; use the specific subject to preserve the intent.
